Kicking off on November 25th, Bounty Beets’ bi-weekly Namaste Yoga Breakfast takes place every Wednesday and Saturday from 9 AM to 10:15 AM, with a different yoga instructor on each day. Find your own slice of zen on Wednesdays with yoga instructor, reiki master and life coach Dalia Halabi and on Saturdays with the ever-inspiring Yogi, Melissa Tweedie.
Sunlit and airy, Bounty Beets’ fresh aesthetic and touches of greenery make for a truly calming place to practice.
