KEEP STRONG FOCUSSED AND UPLIFTED DURING  THE HOLY MONTH OF RAMADAN AT BARRE EFFECT

Working out and staying strong during the holy month of Ramadan is a healthy way to keep focused and clear your mind.  At Barre Effect the team is very mindful that people may not have the same energy and strength levels so will be on hand to offer up a range of modifications to suit each individual yet still challenging and sculpting.

There is always the option to use lighter weights, or no weights or props, and still get a great workout and when things become too intense – take a break – no judgement as the Barre Effect team recognise everyone’s needs are different.  Barre classes take focus and attention, becoming a way of meditation which is also of importance during this time.

During Ramadan Barre Effect will be adapting their timings to include an extra afternoon 2.30pm class and will adapt as they go to meet peoples demands.

Various promotions will be running throughout the coming months, with extra classes being given upon purchase of packages as well as a new monthly unlimited package starting the 1st April.  The studio is located on Al Wasl Road
