BARRE EFFECT TO HOST MONTHLY ‘RAD’ WORKSHOPS TO COMBAT MUSCLE FATIGUE AND GIVE THE ULTIMATE STRETCH

Roll Out Any Unwanted Tension and Strain with Monthly Workshop

After working muscles hard, an effective stretch and recovery is imperative to ensure clients maintain their optimum wellbeing to continue pushing themselves during every Barre Effect class. Kicking off on June 19th at 2.30pm, the first class, Roll & Release, for lower body love will use myofascial release tools to release and stretch your entire lower body.

Trainer Allie will lead the monthly classes through a series of exercises using one of the ‘RAD’ myofascial release balls and introduce the basic concept of fascia and explore how to release tight areas in the body through this technique of release. The class will then move into specific areas of the body, with the first one concentrating on the lower body, and review common tight areas that can effect individuals workouts and mobility.  After this roll out, clients will leave feeling taller, lighter and the body feels more fluid.

The first workshop will take place on 19th June and will continue monthly after this, each month targeting a specific area of the body.
