Emirates Motor Company, the authorised general distributor for Mercedes-Benz in the emirate of Abu Dhabi, launched its She’s Mercedes initiative in honour of the strong, passionate and dedicated women who called the capital their home.
Held with the goal of creating conversations about women and celebrating their achievements in Abu Dhabi, the initiative saw Emirates Motor Company host a series of activations, including an intimate panel at its Mercedes-Benz Pop Up showroom on Hudayriat Island.
Three inspiring and talented women from different fields came together to share their individual journeys and successes. They included Rujoom Qamar, a lifestyle influencer, content creator and mother of two; Haniya El Imam El Khalile El Mehdi, a travel influencer and adventurer; and Mim Kleiberg, a fitness enthusiast and entrepreneur.
Kasia Szelag, Brand Manager at Emirates Motor Company, said: “With this activation for She’s Mercedes, Emirates Motor Company was proud to recognise and celebrate the determination and achievements of women in Abu Dhabi. Each of the women who participated in the activation have displayed all the qualities and traits that are integral to the Mercedes-Benz brand, as well as highlighting a unique perspective of their own lives that relate to the core elements that make She’s Mercedes so special. I am proud to honour and celebrate the strong women of Abu Dhabi and look forward to a continued relationship with them in the future.”
As part of the She’s Mercedes activation, Emirates Motor Company provided Rujoom, Haniya and Mim with a Mercedes-Benz model to suit their lifestyles and a platform to share their experiences with each other, the brand and most importantly, their audiences.

Through this experience I was able to learn and speak about female empowerment and I’m grateful for the opportunity provided by Emirates Motor Company. Rujoom said: “Being part of She’s Mercedes has been the highlight of my year so far. Focused on empowering women in the emirate, the campaign led me to work with a team of strong, smart and inspiring women from all walks of life. It was a humbling and liberating experience.”
